The main aim of the project is to contribute to innovation, sustainability and resilience of the alternative cultural and creative places (ACaCPs) located on the sparsely populated areas through discovering, testing and introducing new business models and audience development models.

Planned results:

• survey and 10 interviews in each of the 4 partner countries, summary report;
• 8 pilot tests in 4 partner countries - business and audience development activities carried out in 8 creative/cultural places;
• published a guide of good practice examples with recommendations for business and audience development of alternative cultural/creative places, designed in five languages - English, Polish, Swedish, Italian and Latvian;
• developed and tested 4 training course programs, supporting the development of creative sectors in 4 partner countries;
• 3 national conferences in partner countries, including networking activities and cultural/creative events;
• 1 international European conference including networking activities and cultural/creative events;
• development of the final strategy, ensuring the sustainability of project results and continuation of project activities within the framework of future initiatives.
