The specific aim of the project is to facilitate adult learning in SME sector. The On-line Training „Greener future practices for local food & drink producers and providers" (on Moodle platform with printable handbook, videos and green check-list for caterers) will be a blended learning tool to educate SMEs in food & beverage sector for making their business practices greener and more competitive.
The key deliverable product of the project is On-line Training „Greener future practices for local food & drink producers and providers".
It consists of 4 parts:
1) On-line Training on moodle platform;
2) Printable handbook for reading and reference;
3) Videos from best practice businesses;
4) On-line check list for caterers.
Results on particpant organisation level:
SMEs will receive an opportunity to improve their know-how in greener practices and designing of products and services based on local food.
